Agent Alchemists Where the week goes 01 / 06

Where a normal week
actually goes

Copying data between tools
Chasing status and follow-ups
Reading and keying documents
Answering the same questions
Work that needs judgment

Steps 01 to 05 run on their own. Step 06 is a person, with the context attached.

The agent handles the routine.
People keep the calls.

The agent

  • Finds and reads the source material
  • Fills the record in your system
  • Scores, routes and drafts the reply
  • Flags anything it isn’t sure about

A person

  • Approves pricing, refunds and exceptions
  • Owns the customer relationship
  • Reviews low-confidence work
  • Changes the rules the agent follows

01How we work

How we take repeated work off your team

  • We start with a process, not a platform. We sit with the people doing the work, map every handoff, and put a cost on it before anything gets built.
  • You get running software, not a slide deck. Agents and automations are written, tested and deployed into the CRM, inbox, ERP and databases your team already opens every day.
  • People keep the decisions that matter. Every system has explicit approval points. When confidence drops, the work goes to a person with the context attached.
  • The engineers who scope it are the ones who build it. There is no handoff between a strategy team and a separate build shop. The same people answer for the result.
  • We keep measuring after launch. Accuracy, turnaround, cost per run and how often someone had to step in, reviewed with you against the original baseline.

“If the system can’t explain a decision, a person makes it.”

The rule every Agent Alchemists build follows

02What we build

Agents, automations and applications are one job

Most companies buy these in pieces: a chatbot from one vendor, a workflow consultant for the integrations, an agency for the portal. The result is three systems that don’t share data, context or accountability.

So we design the whole path at once:

Agents
Systems that retrieve information, reason, decide and do the work across the software you already run.
Automations
AI, data, APIs and your existing tools wired into workflows that remove repetitive operational work.
Applications
Custom software built around AI from the ground up: internal tools, portals and products.
Around them
Integrations, your data, approval points and monitoring, so the whole path holds up in production.

One path for the work. One team responsible for it.

03Your free AI opportunity map

Want to know what we’d build for you?

Pick one operation that eats your team’s week. An engineer walks through it with you, then sends you a written map of:

  • Where the time really goes
  • What an agent can own outright
  • Where a person stays in the loop
  • What it has to connect to
  • What we’d ship first, and how long it takes

If AI isn’t the right fix for that process, you’ll hear it from us on the first call. If it is, you’ll leave with a scoped first build and a clear next step.

Takes two minutes. An engineer replies within one business day.

An engineer looks at how one of your operations runs today, then shows you:

Where does the work pile up?

An engineer, not a salesperson, replies within one business day. If AI isn’t the right fix, we’ll tell you.
